Find the right office pod
After our first contact, we plan an intake meeting to understand your needs and what you're expecting from your office pod. We walk you through all the possibilities of our office pods and together we find the best solution for your case.
Configure your office pod
You can configure each office pod the way you like. There are 4 types of panels. All office pods need at least one door panel and one technical panel. The other panels can be put together according to your wishes. E.g. you can choose an extra window or add a whiteboard panel. The possibilities are endless!
Installation and assembly of your garden office
Once the configuration is done and the order is completed, we can schedule the installation of your office pod which is planned in advance and meticulously prepared. Your office pod is assembled on-site by our service team and you'll receive all the necessary information to start using your office pod right away!
Service and maintenance
Once every year, you'll get a visit from our service team to check up on your office pod. In addition, we are always available should there be any problems with your office pod. If necessary, we will send someone right away to solve the problem or replace a defective part.
Removal and disassembly
If your office pod needs to be replaced or removed, our team will schedule a time to remove and disassemble your office pod. If this is due to the cancellation of your subscription, your subscription will also end after your office pod has been successfully removed.
